Ingredients:
-2 cups fresh figs, quartered
-2 cups fresh peaches, diced
-½ cup crumbled feta cheese
-¼ cup toasted walnuts
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
-1 tablespoon honey
-Salt and pepper, to taste -Fresh basil, for garnish
-Additional honey, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine figs, peaches, feta cheese, and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
4. Serve salad garnished with fresh basil and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
