The power of journaling: Live A Happier Life

When it comes to spirituality and inner self growth we’re here for it all , we wanted to tap into what it’s like to journal and really touch in with yourself by asking deep and psychological questions, that can help you grow.

Journaling helps us cultivate a relationship with ourselves.

Our lives can be filled with so many distractions from work, school, the kids, cooking, & everything in between, that we sometimes forget to take 10 to 15 minutes to ourselves It Is necessary. Try getting a small personal notebook, this would allow you to track your emotions your goals, and your ambitions, and create a relationship with yourself first. ask yourself in the mornings or even in the middle of your day. Did I check in with myself today?

  1. What scares you?
  2. What would you like to do more of?
  3. What would you prefer to do less of?
  4. How have you grown in the past two years?

These types of questions allow us to cultivate a deeper surface to really get to know ourselves, we believe that preparation is key to success and if you want to start building a healthy relationship with others start creating one with yourself.

Exercise Gratitude

It doesn’t cost anything to be grateful, though sometimes it takes effort. Especially with everything bad, what’s happening around the world. But this is when our super-human powers come in. Practicing gratitude can be a game-changer: it has far-reaching effects, from improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others.

Living your life with gratitude helps you notice the little wins—like the bus showing up right on time, a stranger holding the door for you, or the sun shining through your window when you wake up in the morning.

Allow yourself to be in the present and you’ll see a difference in your life.

Perform Meditations

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. Now we benefit so many good things from it like we mention before we get it! life is tuff and sometimes we get overloaded with so much shit we didn’t even feel it anymore. but meditation would help you may clear away the overload built up every day and contributes to your stress.

Here are some ways you can practice meditation on your own, whenever you choose.

1) Take a seat
Find a place to sit that feels calm and quiet to you.

2) Set a time limit
If you’re just beginning, it can help to choose a short time, such as five or 10 minutes.

3) Notice your body
You can sit in a chair with your feet on the floor, you can sit loosely cross-legged, you can kneel—all are fine. Just make sure you are stable and in a position, you can stay in for a while.

4) Feel your breath
Follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.

5) Notice when your mind has wandered
Inevitably, your attention will leave the breath and wander to other places. When you get around to noticing that your mind has wandered—in a few seconds, a minute, five minutes—simply return your attention to the breath.

6) Be kind to your wandering mind
Don’t judge yourself or obsess over the content of the thoughts you find yourself lost in. Just come back.

7) Close with kindness
When you’re ready, gently lift your gaze (if your eyes are closed, open them). Take a moment and notice any sounds in the environment. Notice how your body feels right now. Notice your thoughts and emotions.

That’s it! That’s the practice. You focus your attention, your mind wanders, you bring it back, and you try to do it as kindly as possible (as many times as you need to).
