Breathe first.The pose follows.

Small-group yoga led by Jennifer, RYT-200. Every class is built around the 4:2:6 breath — four counts in, two to hold, six to let go — so you leave calmer than you arrived, not just stretched.

Capped at 12 · All levels · English or Spanish

Breathe in

What you actually get

Not a bigger room and a louder playlist. Three things I build every class around.

A body that moves easier

  • Sequencing paced to your breath, not the playlist
  • Every pose gets an option, so nothing is off limits
  • Hands-on adjustments — I can only do that at 12 people

A nervous system that settles

  • The 4:2:6 breath, taught until it’s automatic
  • Something you use in traffic, not just on the mat
  • A long guided close on every restorative class

A practice that sticks

  • A set weekly rhythm instead of “I’ll get to it”
  • Weekly breath and journaling prompts for members
  • I know your name and which shoulder gives you trouble

Which one is right for you?

Three questions. I’ll point you at the option that fits, not the most expensive one.

How often do you want to practice?

How set is your schedule?

How do you like to practice?

Who you’re practicing with

I’m Jennifer. I’ve spent six years building Unlimited Choices Club around one idea — write, move, thrive — and Flow with Jenn is the moving part, taught live.

My classes are small on purpose. I want to know your name, know which shoulder gives you trouble, and notice when you’re holding your breath. The 4:2:6 pattern shows up in every class because it’s the thing students tell me they actually take home: into traffic, into a hard conversation, into the ten minutes before bed.

No mirrors, no ranking, no one at the front doing a version you’re supposed to catch up to.

  • RYT-200 certified yoga teacher
  • Founder of Unlimited Choices Club, a women’s wellness brand
  • Classes taught in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Beginners and returning bodies genuinely welcome
Write. Move. Thrive.

Before you come

I’ve never done yoga. Will I be lost?

No. Every pose gets an option, and I’ll tell you what to do rather than assume you know the Sanskrit. Come to Slow Flow or Reset & Restore for your first one and tell me it’s your first when you arrive.

What do I need to bring?

Water and clothes you can move in. Mats and props are here for studio classes. For park classes bring your own mat and a towel — the grass holds dew longer than you’d think.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 12 hours ahead and the class goes back into your pack or membership. Inside 12 hours it counts as used, because the spot stays empty and the class is capped at 12.

Does the membership expire if I miss a week?

One unused class rolls into the following month. Anything beyond that expires, which keeps the schedule honest for everyone holding a spot.

What happens to park classes in bad weather?

I’ll message everyone by 7:00 am. If it’s called off, the class moves to Zoom that morning or goes back into your account — your choice.

Can you teach my group somewhere else?

Yes. Private groups, offices and events are all bookable — send your date, headcount and location and I’ll send a quote.

Come take one class

Book a single class for $35 and decide from there. Most people move to the membership after their second one.
